Continuing into the New Year with a combination breathing exercise warms up, straight into a few mile run, winding it down with a short guided meditation. Warm vegan friendly miso soup supplied by Hide Takayama.
The idea is to breathe and move the body/jog in a focused way to set yourself up for an enhanced meditation to finish. Not so different as yoga asana first with a mediation to finish.
