Ceremonial New Year Cold Plunge Vol. 2 ❄️

Such a wonderful way to start the year. We know what it’s like to wake up hungover on the 1st day of the year it’s painful and disorienting.(no judgement for real) But these days we’ed rather get up early get together with friends and family- nothing is “perfect” but there is a much better chance of being present and joyful. These are the simple choices that can lead us in one direction or another. The cold water will show you the truth. If you are fragile and unsure it will be a difficult experience but if you are well rested, present and grounded with your breathing, the pain of the cold water is more manageable. In the end we will all have real life difficult things to go through, better to be well rested, present, and embrace it all. Thank you everyone who joined , such a nice time.
